P.B. Brown has grown to be the nation’s most prominent self-storage specialty contractor since 2012. Paul Brown and Jano Montoya started it as a general contractor in the Florida area specializing in commercial contracting. Since then, the company has expanded from three employees operating in one state to 40 employees, building facilities in California, Florida, New York, New Jersey and Hawaii.
As one of the founders, Paul manages the company’s business growth focusing on short and long-term goals, plans, and strategies. He has the primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing, and running of the company’s financial activities. On the other hand, Jano manages the company’s day-to-day business operations.
